Dining in the Gaslamp
Visions restaurant and Lounge, located in the San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter, is very proud to announce that we are the recent recipient of the “Best New Restaurant” in all of San Diego. Our main dining room features New–World cuisine with a mini Steak House and tapas style appetizers to compliment our Executive Chef, Chris Wood's creations. Visions also incorporates a contemporary approach to Sushi with only the freshest fish delivered daily creating unique and intriguing twists to the classic Sushi rolls while still offering traditional Sushi for the true Sushi enthusiast. Both the main dining room menu and the Sushi menu are available throughout the venue. The Sushi Bar offers late night dining for folks out in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, and stays open as long as the venue is open. To compliment our cuisine, especially that from the main dining room menu, we offer an extensive wine menu and carry nearly 1,000 bottles in a beautifully crafted temperature controlled Wine Wall.

Here at Visions we offer 3 chioce menu’s for our guests to choose from. Each menu is set up for parties of 12 guests or more. By using a pre set menu, it allows us the opportunity to provide the quality of service and an excellent meal.

From the seasoned sushi appetite to the curious first–timers, our sushi menu offers a wide selection of fresh delicacies. You can choose from salads, entrees, hand rolls, rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and sides. We also offer hot sake, saketinis and traditional Japanese beers to accompany your selection.

Visions´ large and welcoming bar serves an extensive menu of drinks and also offers lounge appetizers including fresh sushi. Our delicious drink menu includes martinis, saketinis, tall coolers, draft and bottle beers, and red and white wines.

Our housemade dessert menu is full of rich and delicious choices. Indulge in one of our many selections like Crème Brûlée or Pumpkin Cheese Cake. For a lighter treat enjoy a lovely sorbet. This menu also features beautiful ports, dessert wines and cordials and cognacs.
